Review content:
Until my recent visit, I was ready to write Lia off due to past experiences with both their service and sales department. However, that said, because of the nature of the repair/service I decided to try one last time, and the experience was excellent. I was lucky enough to have the assistance of Service Provider Whitney Dufkin. The level of professionalism exhibited by Ms. Dufkin far exceeded what I had experienced previously at Lia and frankly most other businesses. She kept me advised during the entire process with respect to cost and scope of the work, and assisted with the resolution of some pricing issues. If this is an example of the ""new"" Lia, I will definitely be back.
