I recently had problems with my 02 Rav4 and took it to Lia Toyota of Colonie. I had originally bought it from them new. I was met by Jerry Forti (service) who was very professional and through in explaining what the problem was and not to put that kind of money into this car. Jerry Forti introduced me to Kevin Rivers (salesman) who was very helpful and not at all pushy. Needless to say I walked out of the dealership with 2013 pristine condition Rav4. From the very beginning I was treated like a customer who really matter.
