This is our 4th Santa Fe. We love the vehicle and we have only gone to Lia Hyundai of Albany, except when going across country, in which case we went to other Hyundai dealerships.

Lia Hyundai has exceeded my expectations in both sales and service. I wouldn't buy a Hyundai anywhere else in the Capital District (regardless of what they may be giving away). more

super service when i was expecting disappointment 9/23/2014

emergency service late in the day on a friday for an out-of-towner that was stuck. could have said sure, leave it, come back next week. but donald in the service dept and the tech that helped out went out of their way to help me. that's great customer service. wish other companies could follow the model more

Vehicle Service & maintenance 9/2/2014

I had bought my car from another dealer but after several routine visits to them was completely dissatisfied. I have since been going back to LIA for all my vehicle needs because the service, people and promptness of the visit is always outstanding and focused on my needs. They have never oversold me on services and always provide complete and easy to understand descriptions of what services and fixes were rendered. more
