I have bought 3 cars at this dealership and over the last couple of years the quality of the personnel has gone down. From both the Service and Sales side, they are less knowledgeable and do not seem very interested in my needs, but more their own. There were unanswered questions throughout my latest sales process and service on my other vehicle has required multiple trips, with almost no record of the last time they worked on the vehicle...I have had to provide my receipts to show they did service they are again recommending. They need to think more about the loyalty of clients and less about getting your in and out. This is especially unfortunate since I recommended them to two other people who bought a car.
