This is our 4th Santa Fe. We love the vehicle and we have only gone to Lia Hyundai of Albany, except when going across country, in which case we went to other Hyundai dealerships.

good vehicle-not very knowledgeable staff 9/30/2015

I have bought 3 cars at this dealership and over the last couple of years the quality of the personnel has gone down. From both the Service and Sales side, they are less knowledgeable and do not seem very interested in my needs, but more their own. There were unanswered questions throughout my latest sales process and service on my other vehicle has required multiple trips, with almost no record of the last time they worked on the vehicle...I have had to provide my receipts to show they did service they are again recommending. They need to think more about the loyalty of clients and less about getting your in and out. This is especially unfortunate since I recommended them to two other people who bought a car. more

I was happy with everyone when I purchased the car in April and continue to be thrilled with the service department's handling of the 1000 mile service and 3000 mile oil change. Thank You! more

Recall experience 9/26/2015

This is only the second time I visited Lia Hyundai, both times for recalls. I did not purchase my car from this dealer but I wish I had. They are the most courteous, friendly and helpful crew ever! After my one experience at the dealership where I purchased my car, I knew I had to find a different dealer and I did...Lia Hyundai of Albany! And Don the service man is a gem! more

Lia Hyundai has the best service area around. The service area is always organized and neat. The service reps are all knowledgable helpful and friendly. The quality serve provided is always done in a timely manner. And right the first time. Lia Hyundai is my place to go. We're on our third vehicle. We just leased a new Tucson and we Love it. more

Despite living in the central NY area, I purchased my vehicle at Lia Hyundai in Albany due to frequent travel to the area. Their service department is exceptional! I particularly enjoy the ability to schedule service on days/times convenient for my work schedule. They are always timely, explain all repairs needed, and complete work efficiently the first time. At my most recent visit I encountered additional recommended repairs. Despite having a tight timeline my service representative, Daryl Cross, confirmed my vehicle would be ready in time for me to make an out of town appointment. More importantly, he delivered on that promise. What's better than that?! I highly recommend both Daryl, and the entire Lia Service Department. more
