I checked out a number of shops when I knew I had some work to be done. LexTechs impressed me with their customer service, from the first time I called there. They emailed me every estimate, and provided a loaner car when I chose to get some extra work done, and it took a little longer to get a part. They were very courteous, and I felt confident that the work was being handled correctly. I will be going back to LexTechs!
