I am always impressed with Lex Techs service techs. I deliver my vehicle and get it returned at the anticipated time frame. These guys are the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lextechs always does such a wonderful job on keeping my older Lexus running. They do such a great job with customer service, explaining and doing what is needed and only doing what is needed. After many years of interactions, I can't say enough good things about them, and would dread the idea of ever having to go anywhere else for service. more

I feel like I'm being treated honest and fair when I go in. Friendly staff, nice location, and fair prices; also great that they offer loaner cars for major repairs. Just wish they did tire work. 3/15/2016

I'm one of the few people in this world that wants the repair shop to find something wrong with my car. There is nothing more frustrating than taking my car in for service, and one week later something goes wrong and I have to take it back in. I appreciate the fact that LexTechs honestly checks my car out and lets me know if there are items that truly need to be addressed without me having to ask. Disappointed that they don't do tire work, but that won't stop me from going back. more

First time customer - exceeded expectations 3/8/2016

I recently purchased a very old, high mileage RX 400h and was personally referred to Lextechs for my service needs. Not only did they finish the service ahead of schedule, the only recommendation was a tire rotation. With a vehicle that old and with that many miles, they could have come back with an entire list of service needs and I would have trusted them based off the personal referral. What this showed me is that they are honest. I now know why their customer satisfaction ratings are so high and why two people personally referred them. Word of mouth is the best and most honest advertising. I will certainly use Lextechs for all of my service needs. They were extremely kind, welcoming, and accomodating. more
