Les Schwab Tire Ctr

Initially, like a couple of the reviewers, I had a less than rewarding experience with Les Schwab... however, that all changed when I finally decided to approach the manager, Rich, with my complaint. He was very understanding and went beyond his contractual obligations to take care of me. Usually I end up fighting with a vendor to make my point; but there were no arguments from Rich. He simple took care of the problem, and ended up giving me a better deal than what I had hoped. He was concerned, polite and helpful. Rich totally changed my opinion of Les Schwab by providing me with something that is seldom seen in today's business environment... customer service.\r \r No business gets everything right - but Les Schwab has won me over as a customer, because if they do make a mistake, I know they will take care of it. I've been going to Les Schwab here in Monroe for over 6 years and i can honestly say, I have never had a single complaint. The customer service blows the doors off any other tire store I've ever dealt with. I was in yesterday with a flat tire at 545... thats 15 minutes before they close. They pulled me straight in, fixed my flat and had me out of the store before 6, and they did it all with a smile. They never cease to impress me. Management is top-notch and the employees are more than helpful. I will continue to give them my business for as long as I live within driving distance (50 mile radius ha) Thanks again Monroe Schwab more

Gotta say it's hard to know who to trust anymore. Last year after have all 4 tires replace I drove south on 405 for a weekend trip and noticed the tires were howling really loud which got progressively worse until halfway to my destination I called my sister and told her about the noise and she sent her son who is a mechanic to meet me to check it out. He was going to take it for a test drive, but I told him about the howl and that I'd just got new tires. "New tires?", he said. He got out and checked the tires and his face went white. He said no one had tightened my lug nuts and I had lost 3. Les Schwab had it on film that the guy didn't do it and they fired him, but my life and probably that of others had been put in grave danger. They should be very glad it wasn't worse because it could have made my husband a very wealthy widower. more

I have dealt with les Schwab for years, My experience today with Les Schwab was absolutly unbelievable. I got a flat tire, I had to have a tow truck come and remove tire, the lug nuts were torcked on so tight he had to use a bar, that broke my star. I got my car to les schwab in monroe and had them put 2-tires on $400.00. They would not consider replacing the star wrench because the tow driver had to use a bar. I got in my car and there was grease all over the inside door handle, door panel. I went back in to the store and a gentleman came out with a little paper towel to clean all the grease off. I got in car and saw it all over shift knob and stearing wheel. I looked at the tires they put on and they were filthy, blue chalk, white scuff marks. Then I saw grease all over above wheel on the quarter panel. By than I was very frustrated, I had to get back to work. I have never had such AWFUL SERVICE from a company in my life,,,,, more
