I have dealt with les Schwab for years, My experience today with Les Schwab was absolutly unbelievable. I got a flat tire, I had to have a tow truck come and remove tire, the lug nuts were torcked on so tight he had to use a bar, that broke my star. I got my car to les schwab in monroe and had them put 2-tires on $400.00. They would not consider replacing the star wrench because the tow driver had to use a bar. I got in my car and there was grease all over the inside door handle, door panel. I went back in to the store and a gentleman came out with a little paper towel to clean all the grease off. I got in car and saw it all over shift knob and stearing wheel. I looked at the tires they put on and they were filthy, blue chalk, white scuff marks. Then I saw grease all over above wheel on the quarter panel. By than I was very frustrated, I had to get back to work. I have never had such AWFUL SERVICE from a company in my life,,,,,
