Gotta say it's hard to know who to trust anymore. Last year after have all 4 tires replace I drove south on 405 for a weekend trip and noticed the tires were howling really loud which got progressively worse until halfway to my destination I called my sister and told her about the noise and she sent her son who is a mechanic to meet me to check it out. He was going to take it for a test drive, but I told him about the howl and that I'd just got new tires. "New tires?", he said. He got out and checked the tires and his face went white. He said no one had tightened my lug nuts and I had lost 3. Les Schwab had it on film that the guy didn't do it and they fired him, but my life and probably that of others had been put in grave danger. They should be very glad it wasn't worse because it could have made my husband a very wealthy widower.
