Businiess name:  Les Schwab Tire Ctr

Review content:
Initially, like a couple of the reviewers, I had a less than rewarding experience with Les Schwab... however, that all changed when I finally decided to approach the manager, Rich, with my complaint. He was very understanding and went beyond his contractual obligations to take care of me. Usually I end up fighting with a vendor to make my point; but there were no arguments from Rich. He simple took care of the problem, and ended up giving me a better deal than what I had hoped. He was concerned, polite and helpful. Rich totally changed my opinion of Les Schwab by providing me with something that is seldom seen in today's business environment... customer service.\r \r No business gets everything right - but Les Schwab has won me over as a customer, because if they do make a mistake, I know they will take care of it. Thanks Rich.
