Great Mortgage company to use! 2/11/2009

I was a first time home buyer and was very unfamiliar with the whole process. Friendly Mortgage was able to provide me with all the answers I needed and made me feel comortable with the whole process. Everything went smoothly and I felt very confident that everything would get done right when working with this company! I would definitely recommend this company to friends! more

READ THIS IF YOU ARE BUYING A HOME!! 2/9/2009

I would recommend Friendly Mortgage to anyone and have done so with family and friends. They assisted me in purchasing my first home which can be a stressful event. Friendly Mortgage was able to get me a great rate ( with no points)with a reputable mortgage company. This was after I left another mortgage company after they promised me a lot, but didn't follow through on promises. The company kept an open line of communication throughout the entire process which made it easy to deal with minor questions or issues that arise throughout the home buying process. If you're looking for a reputable mortgage company during a time where its hard for a consumer to decide who to trust, go with Friendly Mortgage. Other than myself, several individuals I know used Friendly Mortgage and were completely satisfied. more

Exceptional customer service, Quality business! 2/9/2009

We used Friendly Mortgage twice in the last five years, once for a mortgage and once for a refinance. We were thrilled with the kindness and service that we received from Friendly Mortgage. Their communication was exceptional, and they bent over backwards to get us the rates we were looking for. A good company to deal with 2/4/2009

I used Friendly for my first home purchase a couple years back, and they got me a very nice deal in spite of a unique income situation on my part. I have recently refinanced, and they again got the job done. I would recommend Friendly for any mortgage needs, but especially if you have a unique situation. more

I have done 7 mortgages with Friendly 2/3/2009

Yes 7, 3 mortgages, 3 lines of credit, and 1 refinance. They have always been dynamite and have taken the time to make sure I truly understood that big stack of papers called a mortgage application! more

Helpful and Reliable Home Mortgage Broker 1/23/2009

As a first time homebuyer, I was a little apprehensive about what to do, what to expect, etc, but Friendly Mortgage helped me ease into the process very comfortabley. Our broker, Mike DiGilio, was very thorough and answered any and all questions we had to provide us with a greater understanding of our mortgage and the entire home buying process! We only had a few weeks to close in order to make settlement on an amazing housing opportunity in Cherry Hill, and Friendly Mortgage made this seem effortless by being very attentive to details and staying on top of our needs to make this happen - not to mention locking us in at an amazingly low rate! more

Fast, efficient, and thorough 11/8/2008

I contacted Lam Tran of Friendly Mortgage while shopping for the best rates. He was prompt, courteous, and eager to help. I found his good faith estimate to be very easy to read, and really appreciated that he took the time to collect the correct information to give me an accurate prediction for a monthly payment. I would recommend him to anyone who wants personalized service and an on-time delivery. Because I was shopping during an incredibly tumultuous time for mortgage rates, I also found the Friendly Mortgage website to be very helpful for explaining upcoming national financial reports and predicting how they might impact rates. more

Super Friendly and knowledgable! GREAT experience!! 8/27/2008

Steve Grandizio and his team are the best! I know Steve from his extensive charity work and called him when I needed a mortgage for my new Center City condo. I own a business in the city and since I don't receive a regular paycheck I was unsure of how to proceed. I talked with several other lenders and it seemed like they only had one type of loan and their rates were very high. Steve took a more personal approach and was more knowledgable about the overall mortgage business - he presented me with several different options and rates. It was great! Pros: I feel like I made the best choice by working with them. more

Outstanding customer service from a mortgage broker 4/21/2008

True to their name, they are friendly. They also work hard. I just used them for a refinance, and they were so diligent. It was no easy re-fi, as the original mortgage was recorded wrong and needed to be re-recorded before we could go to settlement on the new one. There was a point at which, literally, every single day, one of the reps from Friendly made a phone call / email to the people in charge of correcting the old mortgage - they did this for two weeks straight! They truly went above and beyond what I expected. Lam, Liz and Steve are an awesome team, and I would recommend any one of them to everyone! I've used them twice now and both times they did not show any particular loyalty to any one bank, - they are more motivated by the mortagee's needs than anything. Incredible Customer Service, Made the whole process seemless! 4/21/2008

In October 2007 I had the opportunity to purchase my first home. Friendly Mortgage was recommended to me by a friend. Met with Steve Grandizio and his staff. They explained every part of the mortgage process to me in terms that I could understand. Reveiwed each and every document to be sure there were no unanswered questions and even accompanied me to the closing that was over an hour outside of the city. I strongly recommend Friendly Mortgage to everyone I meet. more

Friendly AND Helpful Mortgage 4/21/2008

After struggling for months to no avail, I contacted Steve Grandizio through the referral of a co-worker and within weeks had a mortgage! Steve and his team made the entire process managable and even though I made settlement 6 months ago, they still answer any question I present to them. This was my first mortgage but I know I'll be a repeat client when I'm ready to sell and buy future properties. They really are a great group of people to work with.
