I would recommend Friendly Mortgage to anyone and have done so with family and friends. They assisted me in purchasing my first home which can be a stressful event. Friendly Mortgage was able to get me a great rate ( with no points)with a reputable mortgage company. This was after I left another mortgage company after they promised me a lot, but didn't follow through on promises. The company kept an open line of communication throughout the entire process which made it easy to deal with minor questions or issues that arise throughout the home buying process. If you're looking for a reputable mortgage company during a time where its hard for a consumer to decide who to trust, go with Friendly Mortgage. Other than myself, several individuals I know used Friendly Mortgage and were completely satisfied.
