As a first time homebuyer, I was a little apprehensive about what to do, what to expect, etc, but Friendly Mortgage helped me ease into the process very comfortabley. Our broker, Mike DiGilio, was very thorough and answered any and all questions we had to provide us with a greater understanding of our mortgage and the entire home buying process! We only had a few weeks to close in order to make settlement on an amazing housing opportunity in Cherry Hill, and Friendly Mortgage made this seem effortless by being very attentive to details and staying on top of our needs to make this happen - not to mention locking us in at an amazingly low rate!
