Steve and his team are the most competent group I have dealt with. Steve along with Lam and Liz were able to secure the best rate and help us through a no hassle closing with ease. Friendly Mortgage is one of the BEST companies out there for providing financial products and services. As a realtor, I am constantly looking for credible fresources for my clients. Friendly has proven to be a highly reputable and trustoworthy source -- a company that is truly vested in providing their customers with quality products, efficient and personable service. I'll never forget the day when Steve really went the extra mile: he accomanied my client to Trenton NJ to clear up a tax issue, which effectively resulted in a mortgage opportunity and a closed deal! Now THAT's service (and with a smile too, I might add). Helpful, attentive service 4/10/2009

This is my second experience with Friendly Mortgage, and I am very satisfied with the service and results. Steve found us a mortgage for an investment property a few years ago and was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. This time we worked with Lam and Liz on our refinance. Lam made sure we were getting the best deal by keeping his eye on the rates for about a week until we were ready to lock in. He didn't hesitate to revise the estimate a few times until we were happy with the numbers....(sorry, I am an indecisive Libra..!) I would definitely recommend Friendly Mortgage. I have dealt with Steve and his group many times and the experience has been great. Whether it was buying my first home, refinancing, or looking to move, Steve was a tremendous help. His group, in my cases Lam, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great Service 4/3/2009

These guys did a great job and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family without hesitation. They should insert the word ""integrity"" in their company name because they won my trust and confidence through the process. They are real professionals--all those awards are not for nothing. Takes the headache out of getting a mortgage 3/31/2009

When we purchased our home in June of 2008, our realtor recommended Friendly Mortgage because her clients always had positive experiences with the company. And we were so pleased with the excellent service we received from Lam Tran and Liz Hice that when we decided to refinance in January of 2009, we immediately called Lam Tran. Mortgages made easy... even in 2009 3/19/2009

I had several nightmare mortgage experiences where my lenders/brokers never showed up at the closing. Then a friend recommended Friendly Mortgage to me. From the first phone call until the keys were handed to me, the experience was painless, enjoyable and almost fun. Liz, their processor, is a rock star that gets things done... fast! Believe me, I read the reviews and was skeptical, but now I realize that they are true. Mortgages are a necessary evil, why not deal with someone that is local, trusted and will treat you like a person, not a number. Helpful, Prompt and Trustworthy 3/12/2009

We've had both our first mortgage and a refinance handled by Friendly Mortgage, and have always been thrilled with their excellent service. Steve and his team are quick to respond to questions, and have always been extremely patient with my husband and I. The team at Friendly Mortgage handled my home mortgage. This was my first home in Pennsylvania and they were professional and receptive to my needs every step of the way. They provided the same level of great service with my refinance a year later. Unparalleled customer service 3/10/2009

I know I know...unparalleled sounds pretty strong but there is no doubt in my mind that this applies to Friendly Mortgage. Just the thought of going through a home refinance process was painful when my wife and I put it on a list of our personal financial goals for 2009. We were not looking forward to it at all. Then we were introduced to Friendly Mortgage. From scheduling the appraisal to collecting all the paper work, Friendly paved the way and saved us time and money. Every time my wife or I called we had our questions answered and ended up smiling or laughing before the conversation was over. The final result was a hassle free refinance process with a lower interest rate then we had planned for! Don?t ever look for mortgage help without talking to Friendly Mortgage first. I have now completed two loans with Friendly - my original mortgage for my current home six months ago and a recent refinance. In both cases I found Steve, Lam and Liz to be friendly (living up to the name), knowledgeable, helpful, and dedicated. They Walk the Walk... 2/16/2009

Back in 2004, Steve Grandizio and his team at Friendly Mortgage helped me purchase my first home in a very difficult situation. Since then, they have helped me refinance and consolidate my debt to make my payments much more managable. I know that I am not their biggest client, but never feel like a number. I require a lot of hand holding and they are always there to answer questions and help me make the best financial descisions. I have referred Steve to my family, friends and clients and they always get rave reviews from everyone! In this crazy mortgage market, I cannot stress the importance of working with a company that has that local, 1950's hardware store service mentality.
