Steve Grandizio and his team are the best! I know Steve from his extensive charity work and called him when I needed a mortgage for my new Center City condo. I own a business in the city and since I don't receive a regular paycheck I was unsure of how to proceed. I talked with several other lenders and it seemed like they only had one type of loan and their rates were very high. Steve took a more personal approach and was more knowledgable about the overall mortgage business - he presented me with several different options and rates. It was great!
Pros: I feel like I made the best choice by working with them.
