Terrible customer service! I got in contact with a salesman on a Tuesday that informed me that he would get back with me the next day because the banks were already closed. Waited all day Wednesday (cancelled my plans incase he called and I was approved) and he never called. I called and he informed me that it would take at least a day to get an answer from the bank. So no call Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Friday around noon I couldn't wait any longer so I emailed him, simply asking if he would be getting in touch with me today. He replied ""theres nothing I can do for you. Finance is working on it. I was pretty upset after waiting over three days that he would tell me there was nothing he could do. I simply wanted to know if i should have YET AGAIN cancelled my plans to wait on a phone call. I then called the manager and told him about the incident. He was completely rude as well, telling me that ""banks take time."" He said he was going to go check with his finance department and PERSONALLY call me back to let me know within the hour. Well, that was three days ago and I have yet to receive a phone call. So the same day, Friday, I found a vehicle similar to the one I was interested in, at Baytown Ford. And Saturday, I was the proud owner of a new F150! THANK YOU BAYTOWN FORD, AND thanks for NOTHING except wasting over 3 days of my valuable time!!!!!
