Purchase experience was ok but when it came to handle a GAP cancellation, their accounting department was pretty useless, huge lack of customer service, not following up, did not return calls when asked to, provided wrong information and a total lack of adherence to the written agreement. \r
They will not follow thru the original contract agreement no matter what. I’m glad I cancelled the GAP insurance and didn’t have to use it. Otherwise, I am very confident that it was not going to be honored just like Legacy is not honoring what is in a written contract. \r
I will not buy a vehicle from this place and I will continue to deter anyone and everyone that I know from buying from Legacy Ford. Even after buying two vehicles from here, I am very disappointed that they did not honor the written agreement. Legal consequences are merited but I am not going to waste my time with this place.
