Review content:
We scheduled some warranty work on our 2 year old Ford. (Our first ever American car by the way.) The trim was looking very old after just 2 years. On our first scheduled date, they had the car the whole day and didn't fix it. The second appointment (which was VERY difficult to even get a hold of someone) a couple of weeks later they didn't get to it AGAIN despite having it the whole day. I guess it was OK that they gave us a rental the second time, but it was a two door and we couldn't fit all our kids in it. They kept it the next day and was finally done the end of that day.
Lastly, beware that Ford will NOT replace their fancy new chrome grills when they start to peel.
Will never go to Legacy Ford again and are even questioning if another American car will be in our future.
