Great customer service and i LOVE my mazda2 10/18/2010

I had been reffered to the lee johnson mazda from a co-worker that had recently purchased a car from them. I came in a few times before my purchase to get information as well as test drive the vehicle. Everytime i came in i recieved excellent customer service and always felt welcomed. I worked with Jeff Strausbaugh and he was very helpful and honest, i felt comfortable and confident in buying a car from them. I love my mazda2 and I am very happy with my decision to purchase at Lee Johnson. more

Great service from James Goldman 10/18/2010

I just got transferred to US from another country seven months ago and I went to LeeJohnson to buy a new Mazda6. As a stranger, I was very cautious so I asked lots of questions. The sales consultant James was very kind to answer my questions and help me walk through the process of buying a car as well as financing. Finally he also helped me enroll my insurance very quickly. My car had some flaw as the CD changer was not installed correctly. So later I went back to find James and he promptly arranged the replacement. more

Lousy Customer Service 6/25/2010

Took my pickup in for a simple oil change. Got it back THREE weeks later after damage repaired caused by lot attendant. There was never any offer of financial consideration based on diminished value I will bear when I sell or trade. The attitude was that the longer I owned my pickup, I would likely be involved in an accident anyway. Wow, thanks. more

Terrible Customer Service 6/26/2009

I had a particularly bad experience with this dealer's service team. Besides the issue at hand I ended up talking to the manager who told me things that: "That's not the way it works here", refering to the fact they aknowledge their mistake, but I'd have to pay for it anyway. "I see what you are telling me, but I'll go with what the computer says", refering to something some employee mistyped there, and basically acusing me of lying. And finally when I told him that I'll never go back again, he said "I don't know why you are telling me that, now I don't have any reason to help you" Definetelly the worst customer service I've seen in many years. more

Terrible Experience - they are crooks 5/13/2009

had a bad experience at Lee Johnson that will make me not obtain service or shop there any longer. I brought my 97 Chevy Tahoe in for service since the 'Check Engine Light" was on and I would not pass emissions. My truck was running perfectly fine when I brought it in. They called me about 4 hours later to let me know that the truck wouldn't start and then they ran down a list of things that needed to be done that totalled $2,500 inlcluding a fuel pump. I told them that the truck was working perfectly fine when I brought it in and that I will take it elsewhere to be serviced but that it better be working when I get there to pick it up. Anyway, to make a long story short they tried to up sell me on the service and the truck works fine to this day. They are liars in that they said that the truck wouldn't start, thinking I would want it fixed right then and there. I would never recommend this dealer as they are crooks!!!! more

Friendly family service 1/21/2006

We bought a used Mazda MPV here, and it was a great experience. Of course, there was the obligatory haggling, but it was friendly, and our salesperson (Kim) was great. No pressure. I felt like these guys have integrity. Also, if you buy here, you get free car washes for life! Imagine the savings. more

Honest feedback 11/15/2005

I bought my Mazda here and have been to the mechanic about 6 times for things like regular check ups. I am a bit paranoid about potential car problems and when i have gone in to see if anything is wrong, the from desk guy in repairs, Scotty, usually helps me figure out everything and there is no cost. Many auto mechanics would use this situation to give me additional work to make some money. I really trust Scotty and this dealership- a hard thing to find at a car dealership. more

Good Quick Fair Priced Maintenance Service 8/17/2005

I have only used Lee Johnson Chevy Mazda for maintenance service, no major repairs. The mechanics and staff are friendly and knowledgable, making recommendations as necessary, but not applying any type of high pressure sales pitch. Prices were quite reasonable for basic tune-up type maintenance, especially considering their high rent Kirkland location. Appointments were kept on time, service was taken care of in an expeditious manner, and I was always on my way in short order. The service department is open on Saturdays, which is a huge plus, otherwise there would be a giant drop-off and get to work and back to the dealership hassle. more
