Took my pickup in for a simple oil change. Got it back THREE weeks later after damage repaired caused by lot attendant. There was never any offer of financial consideration based on diminished value I will bear when I sell or trade. The attitude was that the longer I owned my pickup, I would likely be involved in an accident anyway. Wow, thanks. more
