Windshield wiper repair 10/13/2014

Had wonderful experience with service dept.! Scott and Joe were amazing and friendly. They were able to readjust my windshield wipers and get my passenger side wiper working again! rain was coming so I needed this to be addressed promptly. They were able to fix it efficiently and did not charge for service! I am so glad I bought a Mazda and that Lee Johnson is the closest dealership for me.,.made my day and I am so thankful! more

Fantastic customer service! 1/5/2013

I have bought all three of my cars at Lee Johnson, and it has been a great experience every time. This last time, I particularly enjoyed shopping for a car, not only because of the fact that I got to pick a new vehicle, but for the excellent customer service from Tim. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and definitely pointed me in the right direction with the purchase of my Subaru. I was looking at another car, and I absolutely loved how honest he was with me, and understood what I was looking for in a vehicle, and found me the right one. Thank you Tim! more

Great Car, Good Buying Experience 11/15/2012

We bought a new 2011 Mazda 6 through Josh. He was straight forward, honest, not by any means pushy, and gave us a good price, therefore, making a surprisingly pleasant car shopping experience. We love our Mazda 6 - it has beautiful style inside and out, drives responsively, is comfortable, and has good gas mileage. We have had no problems with it. more

Great Service and Quality Personnel 11/1/2012

It was a great experience for my wife and I at the Lea Johnson in Kirkland. It was the purchase of our first family car, and the journey was excellent. I wanted to commend the great staff and honest / non-sales people like approach. They were not pushy and just wanted to serve and get us the right car, today, tomorrow or whenever. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Mazda. more

I would highly recommend the Lee Johnson dealership! I had the most amazing experience. Kenny made my new purchase of a 2013 Kia Sorento so smooth and painless! He was attentive, quick, thorough, and he got me the best deal! I love my new Kia! Best car and best dealership around! I had tried to get a car from another dealership in town and the salesperson was pushy, uninterested in what I was looking for and I decided to not buy from them. Kenny was just the opposite! He was kind, friendly, helpful, gave me many options and the right price to fit my budget! Will recommend everyone to Lee Johnson! more

Awesome car buying experience! 10/1/2012

Very professional people. Unlike many other dealers, there is no cheap bargaining here! I bought a Chevy Cruze from them and over all experience was superb! Sales team was cordial, energetic and honest. I dealt with Josh Wilson, who has shown sincere interest to give me the best car and the best deal possible. Took me through the entire lot to show all cars fitting my specifications. He honestly explained the pros and cons of different models and helped me with test drives. He also took me to the Mazda and Kia dealers and engaged me with the sales team there to show me all the options available with them as well. This really helped me to take a good decision. More than the deal, I was impressed with the people there and the entire experience was awesome. Thanks to Josh, who really helped me to take a good decision! more

Amazing Service and a Great Deal 6/10/2012

Wonderful Experience!!! I bought a used car from them and they were able to give me an amazing deal. I dealt with Brian, who was a very energetic, polite and honest sales man. I gave him a very vague outline of what I was looking for and the price I wanted. He was able to beat my budget and get me a better car than I had wanted. I was pleasantly surprised. Then when I told him I didn't have a ride and would have to pick up the car another time, he followed me home and drove me back to the dealership so I could pick up the car right then! The man in charge of finances was equally helpful in setting me up with a loan and working with me to obtain a warranty that fit my needs. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and polite the staff were. If you do want to buy a car be sure to ask for Brian. more

I was NOT thrilled. 5/17/2012

I called looking for a used car. Brian told me he had one for the price I was looking for; X dollars "cash out the door". I came in for a test drive. The car was in nice condition with low milage for the age. There were minor issues such as a missing antena, and some scratches on the bumber for example. The price was good but not great. If not for the urgent nature of my need, I probably would have gone someplace else. The one issue that keeps bugging me is that when it came time for the paperwork, Brian tried to raise the price roughly another eight hundred dollars for varius fees. I reminded him that it had to be AT or UNDER my price as he had already commited to. He came back with a price at a penny over that amount. I almost got up and walked out right then. They would not throw in a 15 dollar antena either which probably cost them less than 8 bucks. I have a hard time returning to or recommending a dealer that plays games that way! As of now they will have to do something pretty great to earn back any decent sentimate from me. ~ Philip more

We bought two cars from these guys and the service was excellent. It was my first time buying a new car. We went prepared as can be with prices from online and nearby dealerships. They gave us the best price. They were honest and authentic. And so very helpful. Even afterwards, they have continued to help us in so many ways. more

Fair and Honest Review 3/14/2012

I recently purchased a certified 2011 CX-9 at LJ after looking at several other dealers with similar models. I am a tough negotiator and did not make the process easy on their sales staff and made them really work to get a fair deal. While I was able to close the deal with LJ, it was primarily due to the fact I could not find a similar used certified CX-9 and they one they had was what I wanted. Customer service was fair but not great; sales staff mostly concerned with closing the deal rather than gaining a customer. It did not feel like a "family business" as they advertise and I left feeling less then satisfied with their service. more

I highly recommend Lee Johnson is you are buying a Mazda in the Seattle area. Good prices, easy to work with, no baloney. In particular, I recommend working with Eugene Potaris and Pete Berkey if you are looking for a no-nonsense deal. more

Great truck, Great Service, Great Price 12/21/2011

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman Brian Elich listened exactly to what I wanted, and not only did he get it, he didn't try to convince me to get options that I didn't want. I got a great price w/ no haggling and bickering, and he found $500 of cash incentives that I didn't know was available. We had already been to other dealers who tried to talk me into trucks on their lots and other options that I really didn't want, but Brian was no pressure, all service, exactly what we needed for buying this truck. I will absolutely buy another vehicle from him at Lee Johnson Chevy. Our experience was awesome! more

2012 Equinox 10/9/2011
