I had a particularly bad experience with this dealer's service team. Besides the issue at hand I ended up talking to the manager who told me things that: "That's not the way it works here", refering to the fact they aknowledge their mistake, but I'd have to pay for it anyway. "I see what you are telling me, but I'll go with what the computer says", refering to something some employee mistyped there, and basically acusing me of lying. And finally when I told him that I'll never go back again, he said "I don't know why you are telling me that, now I don't have any reason to help you" Definetelly the worst customer service I've seen in many years. more
