Once the damage reports were filed, it is now been 3 weeks since a return phone call. I assume this is their way of handling damage reports. No return calls. We can not recommend to friends and they came highly recommended to us. Poor business management.
RESPONSE FROM New Latitude Movers:
ONce I recieved a damage claim from Mrs. Nelson, I called her to talked with her but she stated she was too busy and would call me back. After she and I re-connected after about 3 weeks, I made arrangements for our carpenter to visit Mrs. Nelson and see what he could do to repair her claims of damage. He repaired her damage claims and reported back to me that she was satisfied with his work. I have not heard back from her otherwise. It is unfortunate that accidents happen in our business, but I do what I can with in reason to take care of the concerns of our customers. Sometimes business does not allow for the immediate timeframe the customer demands. For that I appologize and wish life just worked faster.... Chris Smith... GM, New Latitude Movers...
