Overall I would say the service was excellent and the attitudes of the guys was great. My previous residence has some challenges given the layout of the house and the lot but the Changes in Latitude team quickly devised a plan which required the truck to remain on the street and to put ramps in over a landscaping bed that allowed for the easiest access to the residence.
The team took two small breaks for 15 minutes each but asked for permission before doing so. They were very rarely walking and kept a quick pace at all times so I felt it was a reasonable request.
