Been a Ford family for 30 years...great trucks, even bought a few from Landmark...always treated pretty fairly in sales....SERVICE IS ANOTHER STORY!!! LOUSY, CONDESCENDING, DISHO...

Have been needing tires as a result of my last service at your facility. Have been trying to contact Chris, now Kevin to buy tires and had no callback. VERY frustrating! Finally reached James on Blue Team and am now on said team.\You almost lost a customer. Your lower price for my tires saved you! This is my second vehicle from your company. more

Mike worked with my schedule and got me in right when I requested. He remembered me and my vehicle and made sure everything was good with my car. He has always been friendly and capable but still approachable with questions. I believe he is honest and would trust any recommendation he makes. He is a real asset to Landmark. I also love my Lincoln MKS and am disappointed that they are no longer being manufactured more

I have no complaints with the service, I do however have to say that your waiting area leaves a lot to be desired. It feels old and worn out. You need to go over to Beaverton Toyota and observe what their waiting area looks like and offers. Also, your parts department needs an overhaul, the products on the shelves are less than desirable things feel out of order. You have a vending area that nobody was using and it didn't feel clean to me. Bottom line is the whole area needs an upgrade. more

This was one of THE BEST EXPERIENCES WE HAVE EVER HAD PURCHASING A VEHICLE. DIANE WAS GREAT! ALOT OF FUN AND A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VEHICLE WE WANTED AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. FELT NO PRESSURE AT ANYTIME AND WHAT USED TO TAKE AT LEAST HALF A DAY TOOK ONLY 2-3 HOURS. DIANE KEPT INSISTING THAT WE CALL IF ANY QUESTIONS IN THE FUTURE AND EVEN OFFERED TO TUTOR MY WIFE ANYTIME ON ALL THE ELECTRONIC "GOODIES"(SIRI). WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DIANE AT LANDMARK FORD TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A VEHICLE!!! more
