Excellent salesman 3/6/2017

had my truck in for an oil change a month ago and to diagnose a small transmission leak. David and team quickly diagnosed the leak and scheduled a followup appointment after they got the necessary parts. Because of our weather and other scheduling issues we had to reschedule several times but it was always handled in a friendly and professional manner. I also had an extended service warranty on the vehicle and David and team worked all the billing issues directly through them. And once in the shop for the transmission leak they also found a power steering leak which was also taken care of. I had used another Ford dealer in the area in the past with very mediocre results, but now you have a customer for life. more

I was having the door latches recall replacements installed. I had an appointment at 8. I was promptly met. I told them that I needed my car by 4 so I could take my kids to and from their tennis practices at school. I waited for about a half hour for the shuttle home. I was called around 2, earlier than I expected, and the shuttle came for me about 15 minutes later (I live close by). It was easy. more

Good Service 3/2/2017

Steve M. did a good job. I was disappointed by the woman who was dispatching the shuttle driver. The manner in which she informed me that a new policy precluded a shuttle service that was over 10 miles was insensitive. She did not want to believe that, since I was a long-time client, that I thought an exception to this policy would be made for me. Moreover, she did not demonstrate any empathy towards me for the effect that this new policy would have on me (and my spouse). more

I appreciated getting a shuttle ride to my home, and then pickup from my home. My Ranger was being worked on. The shuttle ride was in a Ford Focus and it was fun to see a new model. The drivers were pleasant, and were good drivers, and I appreciated the ride. more

Dave Carter always takes care of my 2008 Taurus service needs and is very helpful with scheduling me in for appointments. The very fact that I have 160,000+ miles on the car is a strong statement for Ford automobiles and the continued great servicing I receive at Landmark Ford. more

The Best Service 2/14/2017

Service was completed as expected. I had transfer paint on my vechile and they were able to get it off. They were able to use my award points so that I barely had to pay for anything. Love the free wash. Thanks for everything! more

Great job! 2/10/2017

I got in my car after work and the Tire low light was on. I didn't want to drive home 1/2 hour and then back the next morning so I popped in. Kyle took my car in to check the tires immediately. Found out there were issues and some tires needed to be replaced. Luckily they were in stock. I also was ready for an oil change so I got "the works" at the same time. When it was time to check out the invoice was incorrect but everyone got on it and it was fixed. Wait time for the entire procedure was excellent and the waiting room is a great place to chill while waiting. more

I was able to have my F-150 detailed with a coupon for attending a new vehicle class. I had the oil changed and tires rotated as per my maintenance contract I purchased with my vehicle. The detail department drove my truck to the service department after they were done with the detailing. The people in the service department waiting room were very friendly and helpful. The whole servicing program were done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything looked and worked great when I picked up the truck. Best of all, everything was free. Thank you to Landmark for the extra incentives for people buying new cars. more

Everything went fine until my Explorer was parked outside and ready for me to go. I saw the paperwork get turned in and then I waited for about 15 minutes (the young lady did not look busy). I finally walked up and asked for the paperwork. more
