had my truck in for an oil change a month ago and to diagnose a small transmission leak. David and team quickly diagnosed the leak and scheduled a followup appointment after they got the necessary parts. Because of our weather and other scheduling issues we had to reschedule several times but it was always handled in a friendly and professional manner. I also had an extended service warranty on the vehicle and David and team worked all the billing issues directly through them. And once in the shop for the transmission leak they also found a power steering leak which was also taken care of. I had used another Ford dealer in the area in the past with very mediocre results, but now you have a customer for life.
