Over a month ago, Jaben greeted me on the lot and showed me new trucks. He admitted he responsibility was used car sales and had limited knowledge on the trucks. But I asked him to assist me on opening up a few models and taking a drive. Very honest and friendly person. When I later reached out to have Landmark find me a specific truck and give a price, he had Diane help me, which was absolutely the correct thing to do. Diane was very helpful and effective. I have been in this business in the past (as a sales manager) and was familiar with the process.
