This was my first time at Landmark. I purchased my car and had it regularly had it serviced at the same dealership I purchased the vehicle from. I had always had a positive experience. That is until I was made to feel that I was almost an inconvenience to some of the people I dealt with on this last occasion. Now that I have experienced the level of service that Landmark provides, I have no intentions of going anywhere else. Checking in with Brittany was refreshing! She welcomed me in a friendly professional manner and walked me out to introduce me to Nate. Nate was completely professional from check in to how he patiently explained the report card on my vehicle after service. He even walked me to and through the cashier. I also witnessed how both Brittany and Nate treated others around me. This is obviously a culture and one to be proud of.
