My car was brought to Lakeside collision Center on February 19th, as of today March 5th I am still waiting for my car. Every time I call I am being told a new completion date. I am actually still waiting for someone to call me with an update. Everyday I call and everyday I am told someone will call you tomorrow after 10am with an update. That has yet to happen! The worst costumer service by far! If I had it all to do over again I would have NEVER taken my car there! more

This might be the worst place I have ever been to. Although the people were nice the quality of the work was terrible. I had just moved to town and was in an accident my insurance people recommended it. When I got my car back, it was not assembled properly and the parts installed didn't match those that were replaced. There seemed to be no quality control. I took the car back there to fix it one last time and they screwed up the order and then told me that it was going to cost more than originally anticipated. I have never seen a busy run in such an unprofessional way. I am not sure what New Orleans is like as far as this goes, but this place was very disappointing. more
