My sister (fromNY) vists twice a year to make sure Olga maintains her style and cut! No better salon and team than at LaMirage! more

Disappointed with behavior 5/3/2012

I've been to this salon once for spa services. The facial was really good, but the pedicure was awful. The woman made me feel really self conscious and was rude. I'm also really surprised that an employee felt compelled to respond to a valid customer complaint by attacking a paying customer. I was looking at reviews for a place to take my mom on Mother's Day, but this catty behavior only encourages me to keep looking. It's really inappropriate to attack clients. more

I WON'T BE GOING BACK! 4/29/2012

Robyn L., did my hair a few months back, the blonde in the front went really grey. She tried put some more products to get rid of the ashy tones but it did not go very well. I just think she is not experienced enough. I was very unhappy with service and the attitude Robyn gave me when I told her it was to ashy for me, she said that is how your hair takes,she did not have time in her schedule to fix her terrible mistake, that I would have to come back. She made it like it was not a big deal., but for me my hair looked awful. The girls there also love to push the products and that is what Robyn tried doing to me,she tried selling me some product that would tone down the ashy/grey in the front of my head., bad taste on her end. She should of apologized and corrected it immediately. Needless to say I would never let Robyn touch my hair again. BLONDES STAY AWAY!!! more

Totally incompetence 4/25/2012

I have been to this places many times in the last four years. Last week I had an appointment with ROBYN LUKASEWSKI. Let me say it was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. The cut was crooked and she burnt my hair. I refused to pay her and she stated to threaten me! I know the owner very well and will tell her my experience. She should not be working there and they should consider letting her go. Robyn Lukasewski is not even qualified to work at Fantastic Sams. I was so discussed with this that I had to vent. more

The Best Salon / Spa Ever! 3/10/2012

I have been going to La Mirage since 2005 and I will never go to any other Salon / Spa ever again! The owner Olga is by far the best stylist / owner I have ever seen. She is an amazing stylist and has highlighted / styled my hair for the past 7 years. I have used the spa as well at La Mirage and it is a taste of heaven when you walk in there. All of the employees at La Mirage are amazing at what they do and they are truly talented. When you walk into La Mirage, you are greeted by a polite staff that always has helped me with all my hair / spa needs. Tari, who works in their spa, is fantastic! I have also had many updo's and hairstyles by Niki and she has always done an amazing job! I definitely recommend everyone to go see what La Mirage is all about and once you've been there, you'll never go back to using another salon / spa every again. more

The Best Self-Confidence Booster 3/8/2012

I have been a long-standing Client at La Mirage Salon for 15 plus years. No matter the length or style of my hair, whether in a short pixie cut, chin length, or long, does a day go by that I do not recieve the highest compliments on my hair from total strangers I meet at the grocery store, the mall, or at my son's school. I am more than eager and happy to tell these perfect strangers that I have my hair cut, colored, and styled by Olga at La Mirage. She is a true artiste'! Olga only has her clients' best interest at heart when cutting, coloring, and styling their hair. Olga has the gift of looking at a person's facial structure, skin coloring, and personality and giving that client an absolutely fabulous hair style to fit her/him perfectly; a hair style which will receive compliments galore from perfect strangers. Just recently Olga suggested I grow my hair long. Because I have not had long hair since I was in college, to say I was somewhat apprehensive is a huge understatement. Olga definitely helped to make the growing out stage relatively painless, and I now have a beautiful long hair style. My husband, friends, family, and again perfect strangers are continually telling me they love my hair and how incredible I look. Not only is Olga an absolutely talented and wonderful hair stylist, so are the other many stylists that work at the salon, who are highly trained and experienced. more

Great Salon! 1/2/2012

I went in this morning with blue/green hair from trying to color it myself. I told Olga that i was on a budget and needed her to help me in the most economical way. She was very understanding and did not make me feel inferior because of my financial limits. She transformed the green/blue and gave me a great cut. I left feeling like a million. She was also a great pleasure to talk to. She is a strong, independant, personable woman. No wonder she is the owner. You inspired me today Olga. Thank you so much. more

Great Salon 10/3/2011

I LOVE this salon. I have never had anything but excellent service. I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Olga has a way with hair. I just give her carte blanche and she creates a masterpiece with my hair. I get so many compliments on my hair cuts. Many of my friends have stopped going to their stylists and have started to go to La Mirage. You are always greeted when you come in and they let your stylist know that you are there. I have always been asked if I am okay, would I like anything to drink, etc. My daughter has me make appointments for her for when she comes home from college. She goes to college in Atlanta and would rather get her hair cut at La Mirage than at the salons in Atlanta. I love this salon and I do recommend it to my friends. more

A loyal client for 18 years...please let me tell you... 10/1/2011

When I moved to Fl. from Az. I carefully 'auditioned' various salons in the area. I discovered Olga by watching her create miracles and make magic with her clients... while I was getting a pedicure! I made an appointment with her right after that pedi and have never considered going to anyone else. Olga is a techno-artist, creative and innovative with color and cut. She imparts her knowledge to the La Mirage staff through in-house training and encouragement to improve their skills. \r But most importantly, I have NEVER had a bad personal experience at La Mirage: From the attentive receptionists at the front desk to the calm peaceful Spa environment and talented staff there as well as the upbeat energetic pace of the Salon I am greeted warmly, receive high quality professional service, am treated with respect, and leave looking and feeling fabulous. Over the past (18) years of course stylists and staff have come and gone, I have even been unethically solicited by them to take my business elsewhere, but that is not going to happen... not when I look and feel great EVERY time I visit La Mirage. I have recommend the salon to family and friends who have become loyal LaMirage clients. Treat yourself to this very special experience, you deserve it!\r more

La Mirage is the best salon in the area! I ALWAYS recommend this salon to my friends and family. The owner, Olga has been doing my hair color and style for many years, I always get compliments and could never find one as talented. All her staff is as good and as talented! Every time I am there I watch the people and the work that is done, before and after, what a difference! The surroundings are up to date and the spa is beautiful! I recommend the spa as well,very relaxing, with high quality staff and services. You CAN'T find a place like it! Its all about great customer service and thats what they provide. Let He Who is Without Fault Case the First Stone 9/12/2011

Seriously. I've been a client of La Mirage for years now and continue to come back repeatedly because my hair cut and color always look good; I know I can count on that. When you have really short hair, cut is everything and Olga is the best I've ever been to (and I've lived here for 30 years). If I ever had an issue or wanted something different, I've always been accommodated with courtesy by the staff and/or the owner. I've found that being reasonable creates the same in return.\r Having owned my own business working with the public for years, I learned long ago that there are just people who can never be satisfied. Typically it's always the ones that you go out of your way for or those who want something for nothing. This is a business with integrity and ownership that works to provide a satisfying and consistent outcome for every client. \r I just hope they stay around for a long time!\r PA\r more

worst experience big rip off 5/8/2011

Still baffled about my experience with a mani, pedi at this salon.. $45.00 advertised in their little services handout. It states 50 minute pedicure minimum. Never have I seen published, so I was excited... This was a 20 minute pedicure at best... could not believe it.. The owner was rude and contrite when I asked about it. Was sent out with wet nails because they were over booked. . What a stuffy place...Both the Massage and foot stool broken on chair.. Huge rip off. Stick to the mall ladies, at least you know what your getting... more

Truly the BEST!!!! 4/1/2011

I don't usually write reviews but I just LOVE this salon so much I feel compelled to write about it. I started going there about 8 months ago and it NEVER disappoints! The owner is extremely talented and the staff is always warm, friendly, professional and talented as well. I never feel any less than a million bucks when I leave there!!!! LOVE IT!!!!! more

Permanent scar on face from light glycolic peel 3/23/2011

I went in for a facial and the tech who has been there for years recommended for an additional $30 to get a light glycolic peel. Well my skin burned and I told her that and she said it was temporary. I walked out with blood dripping down my face and she never said anything. I went in the next day to the owner and they claimed it would go away. I wanted my money back but they said there was no reason since it would go away. I have scars all over my face one year later as a result. It never went away. I will never use their spa again. more

DO NOT PATRONIZE- FOR YOUR OWN GOOD 2/26/2011

Went in for a relaxer- they stuck me with a newby (probably her first customer) the owner was coaching her step by step. They left the product on my hair for a total of 3 hours by the time they put it on, combed it out and let me sit. Needless to say, my hair fell out in droves. I had big bald patches on the top of my head. I couldn't go to work like this so I missed work due to their incompetencies. I went back to talk to the owner and she said it must have been my fault blaming me for putting my hair up in a clip- for the reason it fell out. Wrong.....it's because it was left on too long....the stylist and owners don't have a clue on what they are doing Horrible place- would never recommend! Rating: F more

Horrible Cut and Color 1/20/2010

I requested a experienced stylist for myself. The girl chunked my hair so bad I basically had to shave it off to start over. My girlfriend at the same time was getting high lites and low lites. Pros: Nice building Cons: Stylist had no clue more
