Review content:
Went in for a relaxer- they stuck me with a newby (probably her first customer) the owner was coaching her step by step. They left the product on my hair for a total of 3 hours by the time they put it on, combed it out and let me sit.
Needless to say, my hair fell out in droves. I had big bald patches on the top of my head. I couldn't go to work like this so I missed work due to their incompetencies. I went back to talk to the owner and she said it must have been my fault blaming me for putting my hair up in a clip- for the reason it fell out. Wrong.....it's because it was left on too long....the stylist and owners don't have a clue on what they are doing
Horrible place- would never recommend!
