I have been to this places many times in the last four years. Last week I had an appointment with ROBYN LUKASEWSKI. Let me say it was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. The cut was crooked and she burnt my hair. I refused to pay her and she stated to threaten me! I know the owner very well and will tell her my experience. She should not be working there and they should consider letting her go. Robyn Lukasewski is not even qualified to work at Fantastic Sams. I was so discussed with this that I had to vent.
