I have used Krohn's for over fifteen years. Brian does excellent work at fair prices. He has come back to fix things a second time at no charge, honors warranty repairs ans has even picked up new appliance for me (he was installing a new dishwasher and I had no way to get it here!). These folks are the reason small town America rocks. They are involved in civic activities and give back to their community as well making sure their company makes every service call the right way: getting it done to the customer's satisfaction! more

My dryer was not working. I called Krohn's as I had in the past and the service/owner came out and the dryer started working (of coarse). We could not get it to repeat the problem and he stated there would be no charge but to call him if it happened again. I then received a bill from them. I called twice and left messages regarding our conversation when he came out, with no call back . I then got STUCK PAYING THE BILL FOR NOTHING! AND I WAS LIED TO. DO yourself a favor and use someone else. DO NOT use Krohn's. I know I will look to other service people from here on. more

Krohns has been out to our house many times (for different appliances, of course) and have always treated us with respect. I have never felt that I have been ripped off or taken advantage of, always that I am treated like a valued customer. I will continue to use them for our appliance repair needs, and highly suggest them to anyone and everyone! Pros: Timely, Fair Priced, Great Customer Service Cons: none I can think of more

We needed our 3 yr old GE refrig. repaired. Someone came out on a monday, told us the fan was dead and that they need to order the part.They came back out on thursday to install new fan.Guess what its not only the fan now but also the computer chip board in the back. The tech talked to some people on the phone about getting another part. Told us he would get the part friday and be able to install it on sat 8AM. Still hasn't shown up (10am)\r So far we have been living out of a cooler for 9 days. That isn't Krohn's fualt. It is there fualt that it hasn't been running since Thursday.If they had diagnosed it properly At 60 buks for a diagnostics cost. I expext it to be done \r Its one thing to call a customer and tell them you won't be out at the time scheduled.Its another to not call the customer at all. That alone is flat out poor service. Just because companies say they have been in business for almost 60yrs. Doesn't mean that those were all good years.\r Are plan was to help support our local small businesses. I cancelled a GE repair service to give Krohn's my business.That was a big mistake.\r more
