Krohns has been out to our house many times (for different appliances, of course) and have always treated us with respect. I have never felt that I have been ripped off or taken advantage of, always that I am treated like a valued customer. I will continue to use them for our appliance repair needs, and highly suggest them to anyone and everyone!
