We needed our 3 yr old GE refrig. repaired. Someone came out on a monday, told us the fan was dead and that they need to order the part.They came back out on thursday to install new fan.Guess what its not only the fan now but also the computer chip board in the back. The tech talked to some people on the phone about getting another part. Told us he would get the part friday and be able to install it on sat 8AM. Still hasn't shown up (10am)\r
So far we have been living out of a cooler for 9 days. That isn't Krohn's fualt. It is there fualt that it hasn't been running since Thursday.If they had diagnosed it properly At 60 buks for a diagnostics cost. I expext it to be done \r
Its one thing to call a customer and tell them you won't be out at the time scheduled.Its another to not call the customer at all. That alone is flat out poor service. Just because companies say they have been in business for almost 60yrs. Doesn't mean that those were all good years.\r
Are plan was to help support our local small businesses. I cancelled a GE repair service to give Krohn's my business.That was a big mistake.\r
