SAID NO CHARGE THEN BILLED ME, TERRIBLE SERVICE! 7/10/2011

My dryer was not working. I called Krohn's as I had in the past and the service/owner came out and the dryer started working (of coarse). We could not get it to repeat the problem and he stated there would be no charge but to call him if it happened again. I then received a bill from them. I called twice and left messages regarding our conversation when he came out, with no call back . I then got STUCK PAYING THE BILL FOR NOTHING! AND I WAS LIED TO. DO yourself a favor and use someone else. DO NOT use Krohn's. I know I will look to other service people from here on. more
