I scheduled an appointment with Kiwi to clean the carpets right before the holidays, since I had company coming, about 2 months prior. They gave me a 2 hour window. They called at the beginning of the 2 hr. window and told me they were running a little late and would be there at the end or slightly over the 2 hr. window. About 45 minutes after the 2 hr. window was over, I called them and asked where they were. They told me they were in the neighborhood, but NOT on their way to my house. They would probably be there in about an hour. It was friday night and if they made it in an hour that would be about 7 PM. I don't agree with poor customer service. I cancelled my appointment figuring when they made it to my house, they would be exhausted after working overtime, so I wouldn't get the service I should. In the time I was waiting, I could have cleaned my own carpets. So that's what I did - bought my own carpet cleaner and I never have to wait for them again!
