Kiwi has been cleaning our carpets for several years. I like the 1 yr warranty where they will return as often as you like. The cleaners have always done a good job and are very courteous. more

You get what you pay for ...an average cleaning..I have had to call Kiwi back the last few times for a redo on problem areas (like where the dog lays) that did not come clean on the first attempt. more

Kiwi Carpet Cleaning 10/8/2010

Scott from Kiwi was very thorough when he cleaned my carpets. He worked very hard on two special areas which required extra detail to remove spots and wax. When finished, the carpet was like new. He was professional as he went about his business. He was courteous and responsible. Every time I call Kiwi for return appointments, they are very customer friendly. I love the citrus smell which is a much better odor than most carpet cleaning agents. more

I have used KIWI for about 10 years and I have always had good sucess. The technician is always on time and is always very curteous. Gets the job doen and explains any step I may ask about. We have used Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Service for several years and love it!! With our warranty, we can have them come anytime for a minimal charge, and having 3 dogs and many people in and out of our home, this has been awesome. We also love how quickly the carpet dries and the smell is wonderful!! And the staff and technicians are always helpful and very courteous. more

Good: I like the fact that you can have your carpets recleaned for up to a year for only $4 a room.. Bad: There was nothing I didn't like.. Improvements: How about free deodorizing from time to time.. Other: I was going to get new carpet on my stairs because they were so dirty, but now I don't have to.. more

Carpet Cleaning 10/4/2010

I recently had the pleasure of having my carpets cleaned in my entire house by the first female carpet cleaner that has ever cleaned my carpet. She did an excellent job and not only did she clean my carpets very well, she was intelligent, very pleasant and extremely helpful in moving furniture if necessary and making sure any soiled spots were thoroughly cleaned. I would recommend Kiwi to anyone because they stand by their word as I have found out over the years. more

Smells Fresh 9/29/2010

I have enjoyed Kiwi Carpet Cleaning Service for a number of years. I have a large dog with lots of fur who tracks in and out as if he were a dust mop. My carpets are carefully cleaned and cared for when the technician arrives. He has always been courteous and conscientious, offering advice as to how to take care of the carpet and prevent wear and tear. The follow through has been good and the costs reasonable. I particularly appreciate the quick drying and great smell. Kiwi is environmentally responsible. more

Kiwi did it again! 9/23/2010

We recently had our "return visit" within a year from out initial carpet cleaning. And although this was at a reduced charge, the service was anything but reduced. Marco, our technician was effecient, courteous and prompt and did a fantastic job on our carpets. We will continue to use this company in the future and advise others to do the same. We love Kiwi! 9/10/2010

We are thrilled with the service we received from Kiwi over the last year. Their rates are reasonable and their warranty can't be beat. I love that after I have my carpets clean I don't have to freak out if we get another stain! I just have them come back out for a minimal price and get them cleaned all over again. I can't imagine using anyone else to clean our carpets and upholstery. We have some "much loved" furniture in our living room that they were able to do wonders with. It looked next to new when the tech was done. We highly recommend Kiwi Services!! more
