Yay for KIWI!!! 9/6/2010

Kiwi is amazing! We had unexpected company coming in so I called them at 9am on a Friday and they came at 3pm that same day - amazing service, my house smells like a dream and my gross disgusting carpet now looks brand new! The best part is that I can call them anytime over the next year and they'll come back for just $28!!! whoo hoo!!! more

I have used Kiwi Services for so many years that I'm not sure how long it has been. I've always had very pleasant individuals who have been sent to my home and am extremely pleased with the work that has been done. I have also referred other individuals to Kiwi over the years. more

Good: What DIDN'T I like?? Jack in customer service was professional, courteous, pleasant and committed. Arnold, who I repeatedly request, is thorough, honest, on-time and is a stickler for details.. Bad: Nothing.. Improvements: I feel no need for improvements in any areas.. Other: Kiwi carpet cleaning is by far the most efficient, timely and responsive company that I have ever used!. more

Kiwi is the best carpet cleaner my family has ever had!! We are so pleased with the professionalism, the quick and efficient work the technicians do, and they are all so nice and eager to help! Carpet Cleaning 7/19/2010

I have used Kiwi for a number of years and would not use another company to clean my carpets. Their technicians do an excellent job and the protector spray is worth the extra cost. The warranty is an added plus. more

I had my carpets cleaned by Kiwi today and they look like new! Great job. The technician was very professional and explained everything that was done today. The carpets look great and smell fantastic. You can't beat their warranty!! The only company I will ever use. Highly recommend it. more

Their customer service department on the phone is always very helpful with any questions I've had and they can always schedule appointments very promptly. I have always been please with the work done by Kiwi and I would recommend them definitely. more

Water Damaged Carpet 7/12/2010

The carpet looked good as new after being cut, pulled up, and padding replaced. My only concern was where the carpet was placed to dry out...in a busy walkway to the front door. The worker was very courteous and kind. more

My Carpet is Back to NEW! 7/2/2010

I have been a KIWI member for many years...They have always made sure that I am a HAPPY customer no matter what that took! I had let my warranty run out and needed my carpet cleaned really bad! I am busy so I kept forgetting to call and make an appt. so one night at almost midnight I was online and realized that KIWI answers their phone til midnight...so I called and was surprised to have the kindest lady on the other end of the phone talking to me and making my carpet cleaning appt for me at midnight! Worked great for me! I asked for them to send me their BEST GUY! And KIWI listened...My rep was the absolutely the BEST! He was able to remove all of the pet stains and really had my carpet looking FANTASTIC and smelling good again! But the BEST compliment was the next day when a friend dropped by and walked in and said....Did you get new carpet? I said NO I just had it cleaned by KIWI carpet cleaning! I definitely am a KIWI lover! And now I am back in warranty for one whole year and can call them for less than $50 to come out once a week if I wanted! Love it! more
