Review content:
It is interesting to compare Kiwi pricing among your friends and family. I had a family member's house cleaned by Kiwi. Several of my friends had their house cleaned about the same time. The houses ranged from 1500 sf to 5000 sf. Guess what. The prices were essentially the same. My family members house happened to be the 1500 sf house. This family member lived alone with no pets or children. The home was older than the other homes and the carpet was older. It seems that Kiwi will get you one way or the other with their service charges. I then had Kiwi clean my home. I had pet stains. They charged me for the "enzyme" treatment but it never got the smell out as it didn't get to the pad. I've used other carpet cleaning services with much better result. Kiwi is interested in getting in and out quickly while taking as much money from you as possible.
