We dropped our car off with a high pitch noise when you drive and asked to call us before fixing. We went away for a long weekend and called on our way back asking why we had not heard anything from them. Manager acted puzzled why they didn't call but said, we changed your water pump and timing belt - $485. I was instantly taken back but figured if it fixed the issue then it is what it is. When we picked up the car, the found there was no change AT ALL in the condition it ran or the noise it made. I returned demanding they find what was wrong and they continued to defend why they fixed the timing belt. Come to find out, the transmission needs to be replaced and now I am out $485 and would never have fixed the car if I had known the transmission was going out. These guys run a shady business!! more

Last Month we took our Dodge Durango there to have it inspected. I was informed that it would not pass because of some play in the Ball Joints so they slammed a rejection sticker on it. I know the Durangos are known for this problem but since i replaced them 1 year ago i just could not believe this so we went and took it somewhere else. The Inspector at the other Station told us that he could not find anything wrong with my Ball Joints and advised us to call the State Trooper and turn Kings Grant Citgo in for this Incident which we did. They wont get my Business again. Cant trust them Cons: to many to mention after reading these reviews more

It was time for me to put my 2 cents in here. I went there a few times to have Repairs done on my Company Trucks to learn my Lesson. On my second visit i needed a Water Pump replaced which took them all Day long to complete, when i picked up my Truck i about went into Shock of the amount they charged me. I paid for the Repairs and left and never went back there. Being a Business Man myself i know we are here to make Money. I called around just to see what the Price would be on a Water Pump, well guess what. They use a 100% mark up on all the Parts. Once i called the Stationi was told that everyone had left and that she could not give me any information because the Shop is already closed. I WILL NOT go back there again.Neighborhood Station or not. They talk a good game but they are as crooked as they come. Pros: Location Cons: overcharge, trying to be like one of BIG SHOT Dealers more

Read the reviews here and felt I had to write one. I've been using them, and their coupons, for over 10 years with no complaints - none. Today I dropped of my car for an inspection and detail and forgot to leave my keys. They went to my house to retrieve them. Talk about service! and they do wonderful detailing for your cars. 2 FRIENDS WENT IN AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT TO FOR INSPECTION BOTH FAILED BOTH ARE GOING TO CALL STATE TROOPER..... INSPECTOR SAID IT NEEDED STUFF THAT WAS NOT EVEN IN THE INSPECTION BOOK FOR VA.... ON BOTH FRIENDS THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN TOLD TO WATCH OUT BY THE STATE ABOUT DOING THAT SO I HOPE THEY LOOSE THERE INSPECTION LICENSE... CROOKS!!!! ON TOP OF THAT THEY GIVE YOU A QUOTE FOR 2HRS CHARGE YOU FOR 2HRS OF LABOR AND CALL YOU IN 30MINS TO PICK IT UP THAT ITS READY WHAT IS UP WITH THAT???????????? Even though I made an appointment, they made me wait an hour before taking my car in. They advertise heavily with coupons but add so many hidden fees - cost for tune up was TWICE what coupon advertised. I asked them to keep costs to $150, they charged $225 without so much as a heads up. This was not an isolated occurrence - as I found out after the fact - many other friends and neighbors had same 'ripped off' experience. Pros: Not any - you have better choices! Cons: Bait and Switch Coupons, Overpriced, Excessive wait more
