Review content:
We dropped our car off with a high pitch noise when you drive and asked to call us before fixing. We went away for a long weekend and called on our way back asking why we had not heard anything from them. Manager acted puzzled why they didn't call but said, we changed your water pump and timing belt - $485. I was instantly taken back but figured if it fixed the issue then it is what it is. When we picked up the car, the found there was no change AT ALL in the condition it ran or the noise it made. I returned demanding they find what was wrong and they continued to defend why they fixed the timing belt.
Come to find out, the transmission needs to be replaced and now I am out $485 and would never have fixed the car if I had known the transmission was going out.
These guys run a shady business!!
