Review content:
Even though I made an appointment, they made me wait an hour before taking my car in. They advertise heavily with coupons but add so many hidden fees - cost for tune up was TWICE what coupon advertised. I asked them to keep costs to $150, they charged $225 without so much as a heads up. This was not an isolated occurrence - as I found out after the fact - many other friends and neighbors had same 'ripped off' experience.
Pros: Not any - you have better choices!
Cons: Bait and Switch Coupons, Overpriced, Excessive wait
