Not pleased! I'm a new customer and used their VIP card for an oil change. I didn't realize it as I pulled off but they forgot my inspection sticker. Wasted time driving back there and having to wait for them to bring it into the shop to put the sticker back on. I was honestly forgiving that time and thought it was just a careless mistake. The second time I came in for some repairs and was quoted a cheaper price over the phone, only to be surprised when it came time to pick my car up. That's 0 for 2, Citgo. And I still have an entire VIP card to use up!\r \r ***Update: So after another visit and having some repairs done, they did it once again. Quoted me one price over the phone, but a much higher price when I picked my car up. More than $100 at least. Is this part of their sales tactic? Yes, my car works fine now but that's not the point. Quote me a price and stick to it. Be honest with your customers and you're likely to keep them. more

I had a Groupon for a wash and vacuum, so I decided I would get my oil changed and my tank topped off. THEY forgot to charge me for to gas and then threatened to report me to the police as a drive off if I didn't give them my credit card over the phone or drive back there. Very nice way to treat a new customer! Shady! Scam! Totally Unprofessional! more

It is very hard to find an auto mechanic/garage these days that don't specialize in increasing your bill. It seems this is more the norm these days, and have encountered it first hand until I drove by this garage. Since then, I go to them exclusively for all auto issues I cannot solve myself. I have recommend them to all my co-workers and I know they have gone and used them, and feel the same as I do. more

I have been coming to RonJoy, Kings Grant Citgo for years, all the way from Metropolitan DC. I make the trek to have them work on my car for two reasons. The first is that they are the most honest folks I've ever worked with in this industry, and the 2nd is that the total cost is always competitive and they have saved me HUNDREDS of dollars over quotes I've gotten on anything else. Most recently I had to have brake pads put in and I had mechanics in DC give me a quote for $601. Kings Grant did exactly the same work, for $360 plus tax. EXACTLY the same work. Every time I come to them I get only the work I need done, it's completed in a timely manner, and I receive awesome customer service from everyone at the station. They are awesome and restore your faith that there is still a company and staff out there that care about customer service, doing honest work at a fair price and making sure your car is safe and running. I'm a woman and have felt taken advantage of by other car shops, and to trust the RonJoy/Kings Grant Citgo is a peace of mind worth everything. I highly recommend that if you get a quote from another shop or a dealer, swing by Kings Grant Citgo and have them quote you for the same work. You will be glad you did! This place is very bad for your wallet, car, and sanity! If you don't like the confused information, multiple persons to deal with each telling you something different, overcharges, and belligerent attitudes when you complain, then you won't like this place either! They overcharged me, argued about the type of oil used and tire pressure in tires, blamed my car for being unable to check tire pressure in spare when it was in the normal position under the car, misrepresented what I needed after I explained my travel plans, gave me inconsistent information about what to do AFTER the service, called the police when I complained, refused to adjust the charges, called me crazy, and told me to leave. If you want to be treated like this, then KINGS GRANT CITGO IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! more
