Not pleased! I'm a new customer and used their VIP card for an oil change. I didn't realize it as I pulled off but they forgot my inspection sticker. Wasted time driving back there and having to wait for them to bring it into the shop to put the sticker back on. I was honestly forgiving that time and thought it was just a careless mistake. The second time I came in for some repairs and was quoted a cheaper price over the phone, only to be surprised when it came time to pick my car up. That's 0 for 2, Citgo. And I still have an entire VIP card to use up!\r

***Update: So after another visit and having some repairs done, they did it once again. Quoted me one price over the phone, but a much higher price when I picked my car up. More than $100 at least. Is this part of their sales tactic? Yes, my car works fine now but that's not the point. Quote me a price and stick to it. Be honest with your customers and you're likely to keep them.
