Today while visiting a dear close friend who has been here for some months now, for physical rehab! The Facility is was clean and well mantain and the staff is were sooo frie...

I've been driving pass this hospital for years never really knowing this was a hospital. A couple of weeks ago my grandmother was admitted here so I was thrilled on how the hospital looked. I can truly say I'm amazed the staff is overly friendly soon as you walk through the doors. It's super clean and smell good on my grandmothers unit. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to send my a granny here. I appreciate the care you all have given her. Thank you. more

Kindred Hospital gets a 5 star. I'm really shocked at what I've seen here at Kindred Northlake. Everyone is very respectful. What put the icing on the cake for me is seeing all of the nursing being involved with my husband. more

The staff was patient and hardworking through a very busy day yesterday. Everyone was so kind to us, the rooms were clean, and the wait was not bad. Every person who was with us was AMAZING! I felt truly cared for even in such a hectic environment. I'm so grateful for the level of professionalism this hospital practices. Thank you so much more

Overall a very positive experience at Kindred Hospital. Admission staff were very professional. The moment I walked in I received a warm welcome. The doctors and nurses were friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and had good amenities. The food was of a good selection and not too bad. Only real issue; some of the nurses seemed as if they were understaffed. more

I don't have much to say but I've met some nice people at Kindred. The staff here made sure I was comfortable and made me feel safe. Due to my circumstances I'm glad I'm able to express my feelings about the hospital,and glad to let me family know I'm being taken care of. more

I got the opportunity to meet some really fantasic nurses and and other staff at Kindred. My mom came here very ill, I am glad to say they were able to keep her pain well controlled and her other health issues controlled. I thank God for these angels for the hard work they've given her. I'm so blessed and Thankful. God bless Kindred Northlake for the outstanding care. more

I'm feel like I'm in ther best hands here at Kindred Northlake.I had some concern in the beginning regrading my health but my concerns were adressed. The nurses and doctors here work together as a team and are very caring.I would definitely recommend Kindred to family and friends. more

I'm glad to say I feel safe. The nurses and nurses supervisors has been kind and tended to my family member needs. They listen to me and don’t sweep my issues under the rug like other hostipal staff do. I don’t really mind having to wait in for feedback but I must say staff here at Kindred made sure my needs were met right away, being in this situation I appreciate the communication. All of her needs are fulfilled. Being a very observing person I've notice throughout the hospital housekeeping is on every floor cleaning making sure all of the rooms are clean and detailed. Past experiences at other nursery homes and hospitals they weren't so clean, coming here I was very surprised at the cleanliness. Overall I recommend Kindred. more

The moment I was admitted to Kindred hospital everyone treated me very nice. I'm comfortable and very satisfied with the care they've giving me. I wish I was able to stay longer but I'm happy I know the wonderful care I've recieve would be shared with someone else in need. Special thanks to my RN Veronica and PT Marie for being kind and doing a great job. Also the food here is amazing, I ate so good here I thought I was at a five star restaurant. more

My first experience at Kindred Hospital of north lake was in 2009 with my grandson.The care here at Kindred Hospital is wonderful just wish my grandson was here to witness. Now I'm here as a patient coming from West suburban hospital the service here is still great I still get that warm welcoming feeling I felt almost 11 years ago. First I would like to mention my nurses are amazing they are very understanding and caring. During my time here the doctor made sure what he was saying I understood him.The wondcare nurse Agnes was very gentle and clean with my wounds and I really appreciate it. I just appreciate this hospital and very thankful for everything they've done for me and my family. more

Two of my family member has been at Kindred Hospital of Northlake. While walking through the halls all of the rooms was clean and beds were made neatly for new patients. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. It's a good feeling to know that these wonderful people arecaring for our families. Overall it's a wonderful facilty with loving people ad a clean enviroment.. more

Being transferred from Loyola hospital and unable to communicate with anyone is very difficult, I can say there was not much I had to say while being at Kindred Hospital everything I needed to be done got done all of the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome my experience here was amazing. I can honestly say my nurses and all of the staff has been professional and kind, they've treated me like a person not a patient during my healing process, I'm very graceful. Thank you my Kindred Famiy. more

My husband and I visit our friend every week and we have not seen anything but professionalism from the people caring for her. We had a great surprise this week. She was scheduled for physical and occupational therapy when we got there and they invited us to go with her. They seem to understand the value of a healthy spirit and its value to her recovery. Thank you KH employees for taking care of our friend. more

Every time I go here, I always get great service (especially from the patient advocate and nurses ). The people who work here are nice and friendly and their facility is nice. I recommend going here Great experiences in multiple departments! Excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and accommodating to patient needs! We are very lucky to have Kindred Hospital in the community! more
