Today while visiting a dear close friend who has been here for some months now, for physical rehab! The Facility is was clean and well mantain and the staff is were sooo frie...

My wife is the patient at Kindred hospital. I could not recommend this hosptial more highly. Their nursing staff was friendly and attentive to her. The hospital was very clean and comfortable. Their rehab area was very well equipped and the staff there were outstanding. My stay there was a very pleasing experience all around. more

Coming from West Lake hospital the staff here are more welcoming. I came in not feeling well but thanks to Kindred hospital I'm getting better and feeling better. I really appreciate the clean environment and healthy food I give this hospital 5stars for extraordinary work they are doing. more

Being at Kindred Northlake has been a great experience can't say anything wrong about this hospital. While being here I would so far all of that nurses caring for me has been a blessing. My room remained clean at all times, everyone made sure I received the right care. more

Coming from West Suburban, and being here for only two days the care here at Kindred hospital has been good so far. The nurses here have been extraordinary when they comes to explaining my medication they are very understanding. During this short period of time I've notice the room remains clean. The physical therapist team has been very nice, I'm grateful for the team helping me get in and out of bed. Also, Anna from wound care was very caring capturing my wound and making sure they were well. The food is also great so thanks Kindred Northlake for you care. more

Coming from Pandora nursery home I would say Kindred hospital is by far clean. I'm very satisfied with the care here all of my nurses explained everything to me. They all treated me with respect anything u needed the nurses and CNAs where there. I had been in so much pain and needed help all of the staff here did their job. The food was awesome I wanted certain fruits and fresh vegetables Rachel made sure I got a nutritiousmeal. Also, I would like to thank the doctors working at Kindred North lake , they made sure I receive the right Medicine. Overall I thank Jesus for the people at Kindred. more

The moment I arrived the nurses introduce themselves. They were very welcoming.During the time at Kindred hospital I really would like to thank the patient advocate Felicia and the supervisors Tawauna and Pat knowing how busy they are they took the time to check on me and made sure everything was in order. I appreciate the work they do at Kindared hospital. Also,a huge thank you to The nurses and patient care technicians.Marie the PCT is a new employee at Kindred while doing her job I'd notice Marie helping other nurses on the floor. The staff there work as a team. Lastly I'm truley thankful for Environment services, Luella,Doris and Heidi did a phenomenal job making sure my room and bed was clean. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else for care other than Kindred hospital of Northlake. Thank you beautiful people. more

Kindred of Northlake has been exceptional in stabilizing my brother's condition. The staff is great, friendly, attentive, and always available to answer any questions you may have. Valerie, the caseworker, is just AWESOME at what she does! She has been such a bright guiding light that was greatly needed and appreciated throughout the weeks my brother was there. So knowledgeable and great sopport system! I wish there were more Valerie's in the world! I would highly recommend Kindred. more

Unfortunity we had an emergency, nurses came within seconds "rapid response". While I became very nervous and worried about my love one, the nurses kept completely calm while working at a fast pace. Also the staff kept us inform about everything. I really would like to thank the respiratory nurse whom stopped what she had been with her family member to attend to my family member. She doesn't know how much I appreicate what she'd done. My family memeber has had intensive experience with other intensive care facilities but I truly most say that Kindred hospital has great staff and beyond great service. Other family members of mine tells me everyday that we made a fantasic choice by choosing Kindred hospital. If anyone is reading this review from Kindred I would like to thank you all. more

Coming from northwestern most of the staff were nice courtesy and friendly. They were always the when I needed them,only when the were short staffed I had a little delay . Otherwise everything was perfectly fine. Food was very great Shalonda from dietary thanks for the great food. Everyday staff came in and made sure the room was clean. Also the hospital was very quiet at night. more

I am my own advocate & personally I have no problems. Wound Care is good. The call lights are answering on time & the nurses are there when you need them. The rooms are clean & there no bad smells in the facility or inside rooms. Food is great. Therapy is great &, works with you & teaches you different techniques to build up muscles. You only know what's going on only if you try them out & see what I've experienced. Hospital to home. more

The staff made me feel like I was at home. They were very good at helping me with some of my issues. They were easy to talk to one on one. Also, I would like to thank everyone in PT, my Nurses I had, PCT's and the lady's at the nursing station. This opened my eyes to better my life and everyone here gave me more strength that I was missing. I'm stronger and have a better mind set. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm going to miss everyone here. Thank You!!!! more
