Great experience 12/4/2019

I was very skeptical about bringing my son to kindred Northlake I never heard anything positive about this facility. My sons room was extremely cold that has been the only thing thus far for my dissatisfaction. Staff moved my son to another room. All positive reviews. M. Scott. more

My experience at Kindred was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and attentive.I especially want to thank Karina, Sandra, Jeanette and B just to name a few but everyone was very professional. I had heard negative comments before coming to the facility but all were unfounded at my stay. I would definitely recommend the North Lake hospital. Thank you to the staff for making my stay at Kindred hospital comfortable. more

The building has a very warm and friendly environment. The nurses are very friendly and helpful. We came in after hours and the nurses and security guards made sure that I as a family member had a snack. more

Visiting a childhood friend to for this first time, I am glad to say from what I could see the staff were welcoming especially the HAU staff, housekeeping and the receptionist. Thanks for you kind words and hospitality. more

Thoms Clemons 1 review 6 days ago Tess:She's the boss lady! She's always in order she's so detailed and organized. Marie:I don't have to ask her anything she's always at my door before I try to call her. Sandy Kay: She has a mothers touch and seems very passionate about her job. Godsbring: He's always in a good mood his vibe makes me feel like there's hope. He alway have an inspired me through my healing process. Evelyn's daughter the night shift nurse: Her energy puts you in a better spirit. Towanah: is on top of things I appreciate her changing my bed. These indivials are what makes Kindred Hospital. Thanks to you all !!!!!! more

Today I'm writing this review because I feel the following employees need to be recognized.... Marie-Sge has been great no other CNA in the hospiltal is as good as she is. When I ask her for anything thing she always respond on time, Renee from EVS- she does her job very well she made sure evething in my room was clean. The whole rehab team was also very nice. This is one of the best hospitals, no doubt! The staff are always professional and always friendly. The food is awesome a taste home cooked, I haven't seen one frown or an attitude during my stay. I've never felt more comfortable in a hospital. All of my nurses are great. Thanks to Amelia,Marie and Ken for the awesome job they have done, towards not only me but all of the patients here at Kindred Northlake. I do not want to forget my therapy team, Val, Bee they were also great! I would strongly recommend Kindred Northlake to all my family and friends. more

Being at Kindred Northlake I was treated great by my Nurses Kathy and Jolanta my CNA Marie. The Nursing Supervior Kathy adressed to my complaint in a timely manner. I so happy they have a great calling system here when I press my call light my care team responded quickly. Sandy Kay was very helpful, and very polite. I recommend Kindred Northlake to family and friends. more

My experience has been wonderful at Kindred. Kathy, Clora, Lugene where awesome here, this is my first experience in a long acute hospital and I must say it has been fantasic. I'm really impressed on how this hospital remains clean all day housekeeping made sure my room was santitized. Overall all I appreciate the staff here at Kindred Northlake keep up the good work. more

My stay was very comfortable. The food was delicious. Y care team was very kind and their hospitality was great. Everyone was generous to me. Miyoshi was just fantastic she made sure everything in my room was clean and tidy. Cathy Cohrs took really good care of me she also made me feel very comfortable. Agnes from wound care really made sure my wounds were kept clean. Amelia cheered me up when I was down. Rehab team was amazing they really helped me meet my goal they were very patient with me. more

Coming from West Suburban Hospital I've notice the difference between there and at Kindred, Starting with the food and and cleanliness I really appreciate how they kept everything in place. My care team was very attentive and professional, Me-young and Sandy Kay were really the two I would like to thank they were really nice. more

My dad just left from here a couple of days ago , there was a CNA name Ariel who was amazing, the case manager Katrina who was fantastic, had a issue with respiratory care until the last two days there , but it was great the food was amazing my dad said and it was clean and nice . more

I thank God the medical staff at Kindred. They really show lots of love to my love one. The moment I came to visit I was treated with a warm welcome from the patient advocate,receptionist and the case manager, then seeing my love one in rehab enjoyed herself while healing I was a amazed the rehab team are angels they really seem to love what they do. Overall I just want to let Kindred staff know that I appreciate you all and kudos on the great work your doing! God bless!!!! more
